After 10+ years in the consulting business, I joined Partenamut in 2016 as Chief Transformation Officer. With my teams, we are in charge of various transformation dynamics, such as customer journey & process improvements, quality management, data exploitation & automation.

WHAT WAS YOUR NEED
(RELATED TO RPA)?

As a transformation team, we aim to automate processes and activities within Partenamut. Like many other insurance / banking companies, we live in a mix of back-office mainframes (AS400), custom applications (mainly JAVA based) and front-end new technologies. In that complex landscape, to generate a respectable ROI, automation initiatives using a classic IT development approach often requires a significant gain in terms of workload saved. It means many “small” low-value activities are never eligible for automation within pure IT projects. RPA technology enables the business to attack all these small low-value activities.
Therefore, we decided to invest in an internal RPA Center of Excellence to support that automation approach, within the Transformation team. The RPA CoE had to be built from scratch: we had neither technical knowledge, nor process / organization / best practices experiences at all. We chose B_Robots to guide us in building this internal RPA CoE.

First, B_Robots took the time to better understand our organization, dynamics & available skills in the organization. It was an important step, because it ensured a better fit between our reality and the best practices that could be implemented. At the end of this phase, a diagnosis of the current state has been delivered, together with a one-year roadmap to build the CoE.
Then, we worked hand in hand with B_Robots to deliver the roadmap. B_Robots ensures a solid technical presence on the field, side-bys-de our RPA developers, enabling them to grow in expertise.
